Finally got to see the film WEEKEND, beloved by all that I'd read, and heard from others who've seen it. I like it too, but maybe I'm just a bit too old or cynical or both because I found that the arguments presented about being gay and coming out were all rather old. I processed all that years ago. Sorry, but I did.
And the final scene on the railway platform, saying goodbye, well, I've been there done that. Cried for days.
